RDI Companies has been involved in land development and the construction
of condominiums in the Grand Rapids and Kalamzoo, MI areas for
many years. RDI Companies was formerly known as RDI Development.
The name was changed to RDI Companies to reflect the growing
diversity of services RDI offers. As an example, today RDI Companies
Property Management Services manages condos and apartments that
were constructed by other companies. We currently manage condominiums
or apartments in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Holland, Hudsonville,
Hastings, Wayland, Sandy Pines, Portage, and Gaines Township
in Southwest Michigan. Likewise, RDI Realty provides real estate
sales services not only to RDI Companies for their own condo
projects, but also represents other properties as well. Between
just the Grand Rapids and Kalamzoo Michigan areas, RDI Realty
employs 7 real estate agents. RDI real estate agents are known
for their competence and integrity.
Development and the construction of condominiums
are still our focus. We've simply grown to better serve your
needs. While the RDI Development name changed to RDI Companies,
you will still receive the same great service you've come to
expect from RDI.

| Founder Robert Deppe started in the construction
business in 1977 by working for his father. He received his Builders
License in 1982, and in 1985, he founded RDI on the principles
of quality workmanship and value. Those standards remain steadfast
today. He received his Broker's License in 1987. As his biography
on the sidebar shows, Bob is very involved in the development industry
and has many community leadership positions.
RDI Companies was founded on biblical principles, and these
principles are consistently followed today. RDI's culture is
