When we first were looking at condos, we did a lot of shopping around. We were looking for several things, including a well built condo, good location, attached garage, lower taxes, and a place to also include our pet dog Gracie. When we first visited Stoney Creek, only a portable temporary office was on this land with a pleasant person to answer our many questions. Joann became very valuable to us answering all the questions we seemed to come up with. Glenn, the project manager, was extremely helpful during the planning of our new home and upon moving in. This all started in January of 2004, and we moved into our new home on June 30th, becoming one of the first residents in the development. We enjoy our new home and all of the new neighbors that have moved in since.
