Founder Robert Deppe started in the construction business in 1977 by working for his father. He received his Builders License in 1982, and in 1985, he founded RDI on the principles of quality workmanship and value. Those standards remain steadfast today. He received his Broker’s License in 1987. Bob is very involved in the development industry and has many community leadership positions.
RDI Companies was founded on biblical principles, and these principles are consistently followed today. RDI’s culture is completely centered on honoring God. We produce quality products and services, and we present them to customers in a clear and honest setting. We truly care about our customers and vendors, and we are enthusiastic and motivated about our work. RDI is a family company. Robert Deppe has passed along his knowledge and experience to his kids, who now take active leadership roles at RDI. They, like their father, are dedicated to quality craftsmanship, honesty, fairness and customer care.
